Dane Sehnert

As Executive Director of M&A, Dane is responsible for evaluating, structuring and effectuating partnerships with founders. Prior to joining Momentum, Dane worked on the M&A team of Cobalt Service Partners, a highly acquisitive PE-backed security business. Before joining Cobalt, he spent 5 years at Stifel, a middle-market investment bank, where he led buy-side and sell-side M&A processes for founder-owned, PE-owned and publicly owned businesses.

Dane graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins University and currently resides in Baltimore with his wife, daughter and two cats.

He is a big Pittsburgh sports fan, despite his Baltimore residency.
