Michelle is the calm in the chaos of growth. With a career built around integrating founder-led businesses into larger platforms, she specializes in making big transitions feel thoughtful, organized, and people-first.

At Momentum, Michelle leads M&A integration across youth-focused brands-partnering closely with founders to protect what makes their businesses special while building the systems, processes, and support needed to scale. From HR and payroll to operations, technology, and culture, she’s passionate about creating seamless transitions that honor legacy and set teams up to thrive long-term.

Before Momentum, Michelle spent years leading integration efforts in the veterinary industry, where she became known for her ability to build trust quickly, and take great care of teams during times of change.

When she’s not integrating businesses, Michelle lives in Florida with her husband and four cats, and can usually be found on a boat or planning her next trip to Maine-where she’s also deeply involved in wildlife conservation efforts.
