Mitch Hook

Mitch leads Executive Momentum’s M&A efforts – he manages end-to-end sourcing, valuation, and execution of partnerships with youth enrichment businesses nationwide. In this role, Mitch is responsible for evaluating growth opportunities, structuring transactions, and partnering with founders to drive long-term value creation. Prior to joining Momentum, he worked as the Manager of Corporate Development at Pacesetter Health, a private equity-backed, nationwide podiatry platform. He has also spent time in Investor Relations & Fundraising in the critical minerals space with U.S. Strategic Metals. Mitch brings a deep background in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and strategy to Momentum. Mitch and his wife are expecting their first child in early 2026.
