Brett Donahoo

Brett serves as the Vice President of Operations at Momentum, where he partners closely with regional operations managers and Momentum’s Partner Companies to execute value-creation strategies and scale operational performance nationwide. He oversees day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and the company’s marketing efforts.

Before joining Momentum, Brett was an M&A Transaction Advisor at Marsh McLennan, a global risk and consulting firm, where he advised on more than 50 middle-market transactions across diverse industries and transaction types.

Prior to his career in consulting, Brett served as a U.S. Army Aviator, flying UH-60 Black Hawks and C-12 King Airs. During his service, he deployed to Iraq, flew extensively throughout the United States and internationally, and oversaw air operations for a fleet of thirty-five aircraft supporting missions across Europe and Africa.

Brett graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University with a degree in Economics and is an MBA candidate at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and daughter and enjoys traveling with his family, golfing, and leisure flying.
